ProAccession is designed to improve the skills and effectiveness of public sector employees. It focuses on the Ministry of Defence of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Ministry of Security of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the state security agencies. The programme provides non-intensive training in soft skills in line with the priorities agreed with local partners. In parallel, it provides intensive training for institutional trainers, strengthening the capacity of local instructors to continue delivering skills-based training within the public institutions.
The training covers a wide range of soft skills set within the context of Euro-Atlantic accession activities. The topics include:

Our key project implementation partners are Ministry of Defence BiH, Ministry of Security BiH, State Investigation and Protection Agency BiH, Border Police BiH, Police Support Agency BiH, Agency for Forensics and Expert Examination BiH, Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies BiH, Services for Foreigners Affairs BiH, and Civil Service Agency BiH.
The programme is developed according to the needs identified with partner institutions and adapted especially to the working context of participating Ministries and Agencies.
